Flexibility

I’m not the most flexible person in the world but Im not afraid to push my limits. In this picture I’m working on stretching my Psoas (hip flexor) and Hamstring (the back of the leg) with a #TRX Greater flexibility promotes more blood and oxygen flow to the muscle which enables more explosiveness, faster recovery time, greater range of motion which brings more muscles into load/lift and injury prevention. This great especially since I’m running 2 marathons within 5 weeks.
